THINK LIKE A DIRECTOR Next up, came the search for the right director. When he was given the script, Tim Story immediately wanted to join the team adapting Harvey's book for the screen. "The agents sent the script to me and they said that there is a really funny and incredible project that's going around town so, I got my hands on it, read it and immediately called Will Packer, who I had known, and told him that I wanted to come in and meet on it," says Story. Story found the script "hilarious," and was excited about the idea of returning to a large cast saying funny things and hitting at some truths. "I like ensemble pieces," says Story. "There's not many scripts that come across your desk that have all those elements of being well-written and having a great subject. I also thought it had a poignant point of view on relationships, too. It's perfect for today's audiences." Harvey was thrilled about Story's involvement. "I thought he was a fabulous pick," says Harvey. "He rea! lly did something super here. He got on the phone and promised me, 'Man, I'm going to do it right. I'm going to do it justice.' Het Bevrijdingsfestival heeft zaterdag ruim 100.000 bezoekers getrokken. Dat laat de organisatie van het Festival zondag weten.De ruim honderdduizend bezoekers betekenden een record voor het festival omdat nog nooit zoveel mensen het feest van de vrijheid in het Stadspark gevierd hebben. De organisatie denkt dat het zonnige weer en dat veel mensen een vrije dag hadden, de belangrijkste oorzaken zijn voor het succes.Ondanks de vele bezoekers zijn er volgens de organisatie geen problemen geweest. Meer festivalbezoekers hebben dit jaar gebruik gemaakt van de verschillende ingangen waardoor de publieksstromen beter verdeeld konden worden over het terrein. De organisatie en de politie moesten zaterdagavond wel ingrijpen bij het optreden van Don Diablo. Teveel mensen kwamen op het optreden af, waarop de routes naar het podium werden afgezet om ongelukken te voorkomen.Op het Bevrijdingsfestival traden zaterdag op vier verschillende podia diverse artiesten aan. Hoofdacts waren Alain! Clark en The Kyteman Orchestra. Maar ook artiesten als Iris Kroes, Mr. Polska, Gers Pardoel en dEUS trokken de nodige liefhebbers.

Deep Swimmers Bicep Curls With DB Equipment: DB Muscle group: biceps, deltoids. Instructions: Start in a standing position with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees relaxed. Hold the dumbbells with your hands palms facing upwards. Stand upright and let the dumbbells hang in front of your thighs. Bend at your elbows to curl the DB to 90 degrees angle. Then twist your wrists, now dumbbell should be facing the floor. Lift dumbbells in level of your shoulders, then perform a shoulder press. Pause for a second at this top position. Slowly lower the DB to your shoulders, then waist, then twist wrists (dumbbells facing the ceiling) and back to start position.

"Starting today, on Facebook, you can share that you're an organ donor with friends, and find links to donor registries." According to Organdonor.gov, more than 114000 people in the US are in need of an organ, and 18 die each day waiting for one. But talk radio host Bill Carroll says friends in need of such information are not friends indeed. BILL CARROLL: "Doesn't that also mean my friends know that I've decided not to donate? Will I be put under social pressure now? I don't like it. It's just another area where Facebook is getting too much into my private business." A Gallup study found 95 percent of Americans support organ donation, but fewer ! than half tick off the "donor" box on their driver's license. MSNBC quotes a bioethicist, who says Facebook is a better outlet for the service.
